Methods of payment

At Spekking you can finalise your order easily and safely using iDEAL, Bancontact (mister cash), Belfius, Sofort Banking and PayPal. Should you choose to 'pick up', you can also pay cash at the same time you pick up your products.

Guarantee

Spekking gives a guarantee on any type of manufacturing defect in the materials delivered. If used properly, guarantee is also given on abnormal wear.  

Delivery

The Netherlands: Spekking charges the customer shipment costs on orders amounting to less than 1150.00 euros, excluding VAT. The amount of these shipment costs can be seen on finalisation of the order in your shopping cart. 
Belgium: Spekking charges the customer shipment costs on orders amounting to less than 750.00 euros, excluding VAT. The amount of these shipment costs can be seen on finalisation of the order in your shopping cart. 
Spekking strives to deliver your order (if in stock) within 2 to 3 working days. Following an online order you will receive an order confirmation.

Return

You can return your order within 14 days. The products must be returned complete, undamaged and in the original packaging (or similar packaging). All products that are not complete and/or have users damage, are not eligible for return. The costs involved in the return, such as shipping costs and packaging costs, are at the expense of the customer (buyer).
You must report this return delivery through info@spekking.eu, stating the original order number. Only then is it possible to process return deliveries.

Cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order without stating a reason up to 14 days after receiving it. Following cancellation you have an additional 14 days in which to return your product. You will then be credited the whole order amount, including shipment costs. Only the costs of returning the order are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories delivered will have to be returned to Spekking in its original state and in the original packaging (or similar packaging). If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us through info@spekking.eu. We will then refund the order amount owed within 14 days after report of your return (provided delivery return has been received by Spekking). This does not apply to specially ordered articles or made-to-measure products. 

Complaints procedure

We take complaints very seriously. You can make a complaint by email through info@spekking.eu stating "Complaints procedure".
In the case of a defect or damage, we would ask you to provide a digital photograph of this.
Within 3 working days, a Spekking staff member will contact you to go through the complaint and find a suitable solution.
